What are we looking for?

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with or without recruitment experience who have gravitas, a technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and finally, the desire to succeed financially.  A degree in a technical or engineering related subject would be beneficial but is not essential.

We also operate one of the best commission structures available, which is uncapped and includes monthly commission, quarterly and annual bonuses.
